The agent reads the order like a sales assistant: customer, contact, delivery, requested date, and every line as printed, codes, quantities and prices included.

For each line, it queries your website’s search engine, browses its sitemap, opens product pages and keeps the item a sales clerk would enter, variant included.

As in our customers’ production certification, code checks what the document and the website prove: reference, amounts, total, and the customer in the French company register.

What the trial needs to work
A commercial website
The agent looks for your items on the website where you show them: online catalogue or shop, with product pages and your references. Without an online catalogue, it reads the order but cannot find the items.
A website open to visitors
A website protected against robots (Cloudflare, DataDome) or that only shows its products after login cannot be read. Prices reserved for logged-in customers are fine.
A real order
A PDF, a photo or an email received from a customer, up to 40 item lines. The document is read in memory and never kept.
Connected to your ERP, the agent goes further: customer account and delivery address found, your prices, your stock, your rules, and the order entered with no one involved.
