How does Eledone integrate with my ERP?
Eledone AI has a universal interface that lets it connect to any ERP simply and securely.
Which ERPs is Eledone compatible with?
Eledone has native connectors for Sage 100, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo. It is also compatible with Cegid, Divalto, NetSuite, Sylob, Proginov, SAP, Infor M3, Exact Online and Oracle, through a custom integration.
We use a shared inbox / a ticketing tool (such as Freshdesk). Is that compatible?
Absolutely. The Eledone AI model can be connected to an Outlook inbox or any kind of ticketing tool.
Is it risky to deploy an AI model in my company?
The security and confidentiality of your data are paramount, which is why the Eledone AI model runs in an isolated environment. Your workspace is independent and hosted in the European Union. We comply with GDPR and all applicable privacy standards.
Can your system create errors in my ERP?
